->The term “Platform” refers to the Website/Domain created by the Company which provides the Client to avail services of the Company thru the use of the platform.
->The term “User” refers to the individuals who will be using the platform to post their teachings and the individuals who are using the platform to learn from the videos that have been uploaded.
-> “Personal Information” shall mean and refer to any personally identifiable information that We may collect from You such as Name, Email Id, Mobile number, Password etc. For removal of any doubts, please refer to Clause

Teach Maven grants you a limited period license to access and make personal use of this Platform and does not allow you to download (other than page caching) or modify it, or any portion of it, except with prior written consent of Teach Maven. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of this Platform or its contents: any collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices: any derivative use of this Platform or its contents: any downloading or copying of account information for the benefit of another merchant: or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools. This Platform or any portion of this Platform may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, visited, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without express written consent of Teach Maven.
